New Features

  • Server Events page: Every action run on a server is now tracked in one place. See who triggered it, when it happened, whether it succeeded, and read the full output log without leaving the page.
  • Bulk service controls: Select multiple services and start, restart, or stop them all at once, instead of one by one.
  • Clone a service: Duplicate an existing service with a single click to reuse its configuration for a new one.
  • Clone a firewall rule: Instantly duplicate a firewall rule to quickly add a similar one without retyping everything.

Improvements

  • More reliable firewall rules: Your firewall rules are now read live from the server, so what you see in FlashPanel always matches what's actually running. The firewall page also gets a cleaner look with color-coded rule types and one-click copy for IP addresses and ports.

New Features

  • Bulk Fix File Ownership: Select multiple sites in the site list and fix file ownership for all of them at once from the bulk actions menu. Each site's files and directories are reassigned to its correct Linux user in a single step.

New Features

  • Server Settings Tab: Added a new Settings tab to the server menu, providing a dedicated place for server-level configuration.
  • Configurable Swap: New Swap card inside Server → Settings that lets you resize the server swap file at any time. Pick a preset (512 MB / 1 GB / 2 GB / 4 GB / 8 GB) or enter a custom size in MB. Changes apply immediately and persist across reboots via /etc/fstab.

Improvements

  • Persistent Swap Value: Swap size is now stored on the server record (swap_mb), so the Settings tab always reflects the current state of the machine.

Bug Fixes

  • Nginx & PHP Installation Failures: Fixed installation errors caused by the Canonical Launchpad outage on May 1, 2026, where apt-add-repository returned ERROR: ppa 'ondrej/nginx' not found (use --login if private) due to the Launchpad API being unreachable during a cyberattack on Canonical infrastructure.
  • Source Conflicts on Retry: Resolved Conflicting values set for option Signed-By errors that occurred when partial PPA source files were left behind after a failed apt-add-repository run.
  • First-Time Nginx Sync Warning: Removed the cp: cannot stat ... No such file or directory warning that appeared the first time a site's Nginx config was synced.

Improvements

  • Resilient PPA Setup: Nginx and PHP installation scripts now automatically fall back to a manual PPA setup (direct ppa.launchpadcontent.net source list + Ondřej Surý's GPG key) when Launchpad's API is unavailable. This makes installations resilient to future Launchpad outages.
  • Smarter Nginx Rollback: Nginx config sync now tracks whether a backup actually exists; if a first-time sync fails the validation step, the new config is cleanly removed instead of attempting to restore a non-existent backup.

New Features

  • DirectAdmin Migration: Migrate your websites and databases from DirectAdmin to FlashPanel with just a few clicks. Supports bulk selection, PHP version detection, and real-time progress tracking.

Improvements

  • Faster Panel Scanning: Server scanning for panel migrations now runs as a single batch operation, dramatically reducing scan time compared to the previous per-item approach.
  • Unified SSH Connection Logic: Refactored shared SSH connection handling across all panel migration services (aaPanel, CyberPanel, DirectAdmin) for better maintainability.
