Based on the Enterprise Law No. 59/2020/QH14 dated June 17, 2020 of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Based on the Information Technology Law No. 67/2006/QH11 dated June 29, 2006 of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Based on the Law on Protection of Consumer Rights No. 59/2010/QH12 dated November 17, 2020 of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Based on the Law on Electronic Transactions No. 51/2005/QH11 dated November 29, 2005 and Decree No. 52/2013/ND-CP dated May 6, 2013 of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Based on the Cybersecurity Law No. 24/2018/QH14 dated June 12, 2018 of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Based on Article 38 of the Civil Code No. 91/2015/QH13 dated November 24, 2014 of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Based on the Commercial Law No. 36/2005/QH11 dated June 14, 2005 of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Based on Decree No. 72/2013/ND-CP dated July 15, 2013 of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and other legal regulations related to the use of telecommunications networks, the internet, and activities in cyberspace.
Article 1. Scope of Application
These terms apply to users who use computers, phones, tablets, and other devices to access and use the services and products of FlashPanel (hereinafter referred to as "customers").
Article 2. Service and Product Provider

Article 3. Products and Services Content
FlashPanel is the owner, manager, and author of the products and services offered through online systems (websites, mobile applications) and at FlashPanel's offices and headquarters.
Only FlashPanel's staff and employees who have been trained and authorized to sell, support, and provide warranty for products and services, as well as FlashPanel's authorized collaborators, are permitted to sell and support FlashPanel's products and services. No other parties are authorized to resell FlashPanel's products and services without permission.
Product and Service Categories:
Digital Products & Services: Non-tangible items designed through computer code and programming languages, primarily manifested in computer software, websites, mobile applications, and other digital solutions.
Non-Digital Products & Services: Tangible items (such as computers, phones, electronic components) and other services in the business field.
Exclusive Ownership: FlashPanel declares exclusive ownership and strictly prohibits copying in any form of the website system flashpanel.io and other domain extensions with the prefix flashpanel owned by FlashPanel.
Article 4. Customer Rights and Permitted Actions
For customers who comply with FlashPanel's policies, terms, and other contractual agreements, FlashPanel provides the following maximum benefits:
- Priority discounts and priority service for new FlashPanel products
- Priority to become collaborators, distributors, or agents of FlashPanel and receive profits as stipulated
- Invitations to customer appreciation programs and major FlashPanel events
- Enthusiastic and maximum support according to policies, including organizing networking groups, seeking business cooperation opportunities, and economic development
- Free support for using purchased products and services during business hours (7:30 AM to 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM)
- Protection of personal information, business confidentiality, and cybersecurity solution support
- Right to file complaints about any actions affecting customers from FlashPanel employees, and FlashPanel commits to thoroughly resolve feedback immediately
Article 5. Customer Obligations and Prohibited Actions
- Strictly comply with and not violate the policies, terms, and other agreements in contracts signed with FlashPanel to become customers
- Strictly comply with legal regulations of the State and the Communist Party of Vietnam. Prohibited actions include exploiting products, services, or the image of FlashPanel to violate laws or infringe upon the rights and legitimate interests of other individuals or organizations
- Do not engage in any "suspicious" activities (as assessed by world-leading security mechanisms such as Cloudflare, Unix Security, Norton, etc.) aimed at harming the assets, reputation, rights, and other legitimate interests of FlashPanel in cyberspace or in reality
- Be responsible for personal information security if using easy-to-remember or easily compromised passwords, or not using reputable licensed antivirus software
- FlashPanel has full authority to report and file complaints with competent state authorities regarding intentional violations; simultaneously exercise the right to be exempted from responsibility, unilaterally terminate the use of products and services, and refuse warranty for serious violations
Article 6. Account Inactivity and Termination
To maintain service quality and manage resources efficiently, FlashPanel implements the following account inactivity policy:
- Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of two (2) years or more are considered inactive and will be scheduled for permanent deletion
- Before deleting an inactive account, FlashPanel will send a notification email to the registered email address, informing the user of the upcoming deletion and providing instructions on how to retain the account
- Users can prevent account deletion by simply logging in to their account at any time before the deletion is processed. A single login will reset the inactivity period
- Once an account is deleted, all associated data — including server records, deployment configurations, and account settings — will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered
- FlashPanel reserves the right to adjust the inactivity period at its discretion, with prior notice to affected users
