1. Introduction to the Affiliate Program
Welcome to the FlashPanel Affiliate Program! We're excited to partner with you in growing our community.
FlashPanel offers an Affiliate (Referral Commission) program that allows users to introduce new customers who sign up and purchase paid services on our platform. Our goal is to encourage community growth and expand the FlashPanel ecosystem through trusted recommendations.
As a FlashPanel affiliate, you'll help others discover a powerful platform for managing and distributing digital products and SaaS services. Any approved commission is provided only as internal account credit under Section 5.
2. Commission Eligibility Conditions
Commissions will only be calculated for valid orders or accounts that meet the following criteria:
Eligible Transactions:
- The referred user must register through your unique affiliate link or affiliate code
- Payment for services must be completed successfully
- The order must remain active (no refunds or cancellations)
- The transaction must comply with all terms outlined in this policy
Non-Eligible Transactions:
Commissions will NOT be awarded for the following scenarios:
- High-Discount Orders: Orders using discount codes of 40% or more
- Special Promotions: Purchases made through special promotional campaigns, events, giveaways, flash sales, or exclusive vouchers
- Self-Referrals: Orders where the buyer and the affiliate are the same individual or organization (see Section 3 for details)
- Fraudulent Activity: Any transactions involving fraud, including creating multiple accounts or exploiting your own affiliate code for personal gain
- Refunded or Canceled Orders: Any transaction that is later refunded, disputed, or canceled
3. Anti-Fraud Policy (Self-Referral Prevention)
FlashPanel maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent affiliate activities to ensure fairness for all participants.
Prohibited Activities:
- Using your own affiliate link to purchase services for yourself
- Creating secondary or fake accounts to generate commissions
- Encouraging or facilitating others to engage in self-referral schemes
- Any attempt to manipulate the affiliate system for unauthorized gains
Detection and Enforcement:
- FlashPanel reserves the right to investigate suspicious activities using automated systems and manual reviews
- We may examine IP addresses, payment methods, account information, and usage patterns to identify fraud
- Commissions earned through fraudulent means will be immediately voided and removed from your account
- Accounts found violating this policy may be temporarily suspended or permanently banned without prior notice
- FlashPanel reserves the right to take legal action in cases of severe fraud
4. Commission Activation Requirements
To maintain program quality and prevent abuse, affiliate participants must meet specific activation criteria before receiving internal account credit.
Activation Threshold:
- You must successfully refer at least 3 valid paying customers to activate your commission eligibility
- All three referrals must meet the eligibility conditions outlined in Section 2
- These customers must complete their payments and maintain active accounts
Commission Unlock:
- Once you reach the 3-referral milestone, your commission rights will be automatically activated
- All commissions from your previous eligible referrals will be retroactively credited to your affiliate account
- You will begin receiving internal account credit for all future eligible referrals immediately
- Your activation status will be visible in your affiliate dashboard
5. Commission Calculation & Payment Terms
Commission Calculation:
- Commissions are calculated based on the actual payment amount after deducting applicable discounts, taxes, and transaction fees
- The commission rate will be displayed in your affiliate dashboard and may vary by product or service
- Commission rates are subject to change based on promotional periods or program updates
Commission Credit Timing:
- Approved commissions are credited to your affiliate account after review and may be used only for eligible purchases of FlashPanel products and services
- Commissions are not cash payments and are not processed as payouts to affiliates
Internal Use Only — No Cash or Bank Withdrawal:
- Commissions may be used only as account credit to pay for eligible FlashPanel products and services, subject to the applicable service terms
- Commissions cannot be withdrawn, redeemed for cash, transferred to another user, or exchanged for any other form of monetary value
- FlashPanel does not support or provide commission payments by bank transfer, cash, card, e-wallet, PayPal, or any other external payment method
- There is no right to request a cash payout or bank withdrawal, regardless of the commission balance
Use of Commission Credits:
- Commission credits may be applied only to the affiliate account that earned them and cannot be transferred or assigned to another account
- Pending or rejected commissions cannot be used until they are approved
- Any applicable taxes, fees, service restrictions, or expiration rules will be handled according to FlashPanel's applicable policies
6. Policy Terms & Modifications
FlashPanel reserves the right to maintain flexibility in managing the Affiliate Program to adapt to market conditions and business needs.
Right to Modify:
- FlashPanel may change commission rates, terms, conditions, or payment schedules at any time without prior notice
- Updates to this policy will be posted on the FlashPanel website and affiliate dashboard
- Continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms
Program Termination:
- FlashPanel reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Affiliate Program at any time
- Individual affiliate accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these terms
- Upon termination, any approved commissions that remain valid may continue to be used as internal account credit, but will not be paid out in cash or transferred to a bank account
Dispute Resolution:
- In case of any disputes or disagreements regarding commission calculations, eligibility, or policy interpretation, the final decision rests with the FlashPanel team
- You may submit inquiries or disputes through official FlashPanel support channels
- FlashPanel will review disputes in good faith and provide responses within a reasonable timeframe
Governing Law:
- This policy is governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam
- Any legal matters arising from this agreement shall be resolved in accordance with Vietnamese law
7. Effective Date
This Affiliate Terms & Commission Policy is effective as of August 18, 2026 and applies to all FlashPanel affiliate accounts.
By participating in the FlashPanel Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
