Based on the Enterprise Law No. 59/2020/QH14 dated June 17, 2020 of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;

Based on the Information Technology Law No. 67/2006/QH11 dated June 29, 2006 of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;

Based on the Law on Protection of Consumer Rights No. 59/2010/QH12 dated November 17, 2020 of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;

Based on the Law on Electronic Transactions No. 51/2005/QH11 dated November 29, 2005 and Decree No. 52/2013/ND-CP dated May 6, 2013 of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;

Based on the Cybersecurity Law No. 24/2018/QH14 dated June 12, 2018 of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;

Based on Article 38 of the Civil Code No. 91/2015/QH13 dated November 24, 2014 of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;

Based on Decree No. 72/2013/ND-CP dated July 15, 2013 of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on the management, provision, and use of internet services and online information;

Based on other legal regulations related to user information privacy;

Based on Decision No. 01/QD dated November 30, 2021 of FlashPanel on promulgating the User Information Privacy Policy.

Article 1. Scope of Information Collection

The subjects of information collection include users who use computers, phones, tablets, and other devices to access and use the services and products of FlashPanel (hereinafter referred to as "users").

Article 3. Purpose of User Information Collection

FlashPanel uses personal information (full name, email address), browser cookies (during the use of websites managed by FlashPanel), and computer information using FlashPanel's products and services (computer name, computer type, and public IP address - Public Internet Protocol) that users voluntarily agree to provide (after being notified and confirmed) to FlashPanel for the following purposes:

• Processing payments for orders placed by users at FlashPanel's online store
• Conducting advertising campaigns to users with relevant needs through behavioral analysis and user information
• Sending notifications about FlashPanel's products and activities related to users
• Serving the license authentication system for FlashPanel's products and services on users' computers
• Contacting users in special cases, especially for those who check in at FlashPanel's offices during complex epidemic situations and other contexts
• Not disclosing user information or using it unlawfully, except when requested by competent state authorities such as courts, procuracies, police, etc.

Article 4. Scope and Principles of User Information Collection

The main data content that FlashPanel collects includes: full name, email address, username, encrypted password (hash). This information is mandatory for users to register an account and make payments for FlashPanel's services.

Users are responsible for securing and maintaining all service usage activities under their registered name, email, and login password. In addition, users are responsible for promptly notifying FlashPanel of any unauthorized use, abuse, or violations of FlashPanel's Privacy Policy, Sales Policy, and Terms of Service, or legal violations, so that appropriate actions can be taken promptly.

Collection Principles:

In principle, when collecting user information, FlashPanel will notify users in advance so they can understand and confirm or refuse to provide user information. Specifically:

Browser Cookie Information: Notified through a dialog box on the website (popup) requesting users to confirm FlashPanel's collection of browser cookies from users on websites managed by FlashPanel.

Personal User Information including full name and email address collected through the user registration process on FlashPanel's website and when paying for FlashPanel's products and services: Notified in writing and through links to documents about Privacy Policy, Sales Policy, and Terms of Service publicly available on FlashPanel's websites. By continuing to access, use services, or purchase from FlashPanel, users implicitly agree to FlashPanel's policies and terms.

Computer Information using FlashPanel's products and services, including computer name, computer type, and public IP address (Public Internet Protocol): Collected when users activate FlashPanel's licensing system, for the purpose of identifying products and users, preventing fraud or illegal trading of FlashPanel's products, notified to users in the Terms of Service section on FlashPanel's website and during product and service installation (setup).

Article 5. Scope of User Information Usage

• FlashPanel may only use user information internally within the company for the purposes specified in Article 3
• FlashPanel may only disclose user information as required by law, when requested by competent state authorities such as courts, procuracies, police, etc.

Article 6. Location and Duration of User Information Storage

• User information is stored on FlashPanel's servers, secured and encrypted
• Sensitive information such as passwords and online payment methods are stored in encrypted form (hash) and cannot be directly identified
• FlashPanel stores user information for a maximum of 1 year from the date the user stops using FlashPanel's services

Article 7. How Users Can Access and Manage Their Information at FlashPanel

• Users can access FlashPanel's website system using their registered information to manage, edit, add, or delete user information at FlashPanel
• Users can send support requests or complaints through FlashPanel's public contact methods including phone (hotline), email, or social media accounts representing FlashPanel. This information is posted and publicly displayed in the "Contact" section on FlashPanel's websites

Article 8. Commitment to User Information Privacy

• FlashPanel is obligated to maintain absolute confidentiality of user information and must strictly comply with this Policy. The collection and use of user information must be notified in advance to users and obtain their consent, except where otherwise provided by law
• FlashPanel will not use, transfer, provide, or disclose user information to third parties except with user consent or as otherwise provided by law
• In the event that servers storing user information are attacked, FlashPanel is responsible for reporting to relevant competent state authorities and warning users of these risks
• FlashPanel encrypts and secures users' sensitive information such as passwords and payment methods. Original versions are not stored anywhere
• FlashPanel requires users to provide complete user information when using products and services and to be responsible for the legality of such information as well as the purpose and process of using FlashPanel's products and services. FlashPanel reserves the right to be exempted from responsibility for receiving and resolving complaints and accusations related to user rights in cases where users intentionally provide false or fraudulent information
• FlashPanel is always concerned about user information security and has partnered with many reputable international organizations to cooperate in this work. However, FlashPanel also requires users to be vigilant and protect themselves against risks of disclosure, leakage, forgery, or fraud of user information
