Server Transfer ​

Overview ​

Server Transfer lets you move a server's ownership from your FlashPanel account to another account. Use this page to create a transfer request, review requests you have sent or received, and respond to pending requests.

Transfer a Server ​

  1. Open the Server Transfer page.
  2. Click Transfer Server.
  3. Select the server you want to transfer.
  4. Enter the recipient's account email address.
  5. Review the information, then click Transfer Server.

The recipient receives a request and must approve it before ownership changes.

Review Transfer Requests ​

The page shows all transfer requests in one list. Use the filters above the table to focus on:

  • All: every request you have sent or received.
  • Received: requests sent to you.
  • Sent: requests you sent to another account.

Each request shows the transfer direction, server name, the other account, status, and creation time. Click Reload to refresh the list.

Approve or Reject a Received Request ​

  1. Open the Server Transfer page.
  2. Select Received to find incoming requests.
  3. Find the request with Pending status.
  4. Click Approve to accept the server, or Reject to decline it.
  5. Enter the server name in the confirmation dialog, then confirm the action.

After you approve the request, you become the server owner and can manage it from your account.

Cancel a Sent Request ​

  1. Select Sent to view requests you created.
  2. Find the request with Pending status.
  3. Click Cancel.
  4. Enter the server name in the confirmation dialog, then confirm the cancellation.

Notes and Warnings ​

  • Important: Ownership changes only after the recipient approves the request.
  • Eligibility: The recipient must have an eligible account, an active paid subscription, and an available server slot in their plan.
  • Pending request: You cannot create another transfer request for the same server while a request is pending.
  • Confirmation: Approving, rejecting, or cancelling a request requires you to enter the server name. Check the server name carefully before confirming.
  • Time limit: Ask the recipient to respond promptly. Pending transfer requests are available for approximately 15 minutes.
